Pexara builds decision infrastructure for fragmented industries. This file is the brand index for machines. Humans start at https://pexara.ai. Last-mile logistics is live (VIN Scout, Repair-or-Trade, scout.pexara.ai). The insurance change-log is a separate machine product: government registers publish a start date then delete the row, so terminations exist nowhere else. Answers are windows. Never round uncertainty_days. Observation started 2026-08-12. This origin is discovery only. pexara.ai does not host the query API. The live query API is https://api.pexara.ai.
