Terms of Service
Effective July 11, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pexara.ai and its subdomains, tools, data, reports, and services (the “Services”), operated by Pexara AI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Pexara,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The data and our license to you
The Services present market data, benchmarks, analyses, reports, and other content that Pexara compiles, derives, and maintains, including datasets built from public records through Pexara’s own collection, normalization, and analytical methods (collectively, “Pexara Data”). While underlying public records remain public, Pexara Data — the selection, arrangement, derivation, presentation, and analysis — is Pexara’s proprietary work product, protected by applicable intellectual-property and database rights.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Services and to use Pexara Data for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation — or, for reports and briefings delivered to you by Pexara, for your own internal business use. Brief quotations with attribution to Pexara (“per Pexara” with a link) are welcome.
2. What you may not do
- No scraping or automated access. You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to access, extract, or collect Pexara Data or any part of the Services, except for general-purpose search engines operating under our robots directives.
- No bulk reproduction or redistribution. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, license, or otherwise make Pexara Data available to any third party, in whole or in substantial part, in any form — including datasets reconstructed from the Services, reports, emails, or PDFs.
- Delivered reports are recipient-licensed. Reports and briefings are prepared for, watermarked to, and licensed to the named recipient for internal use only. Forwarding, publishing, or reselling them requires our written permission.
- No derivative data products. You may not use Pexara Data to build, train, or populate a competing database, dataset, model, or data product.
- No circumvention. You may not bypass, disable, or interfere with rate limits, access controls, watermarks, or other technical or contractual protections.
3. Not professional advice
The Services provide market information and decision-support tooling. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance-placement, or valuation advice, an appraisal, a fairness opinion, or a recommendation to buy or sell any business or security. Figures are estimates and aggregates derived from public records and modeling assumptions; they may contain errors and can change without notice. Consult your own licensed professionals before acting.
4. Privacy and communications
If you provide an email address to receive a report, briefing, or newsletter, we use it to deliver what you requested and, where you opt in, related updates. We do not sell your personal information. Aggregate benchmarks are published only at a minimum pool of five entities, and we do not publish lists of individual agencies or operators.
5. Availability and changes
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, or revoke the license in Section 1 for violation of these Terms, at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pexara will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; continued use of the Services after a revision constitutes acceptance.
